Conspiracy Theory Surveillance Project – ANGEL
There are 330 million people living in America. Every American citizen is being monitored. The US government has formed cells of Americans to spy on Americans. The project consists of a base of 100,000 government employees divided up into sub-groups of 5,000 around the USA to monitor individuals. Each worker is assigned 3,300 Americans to monitor and compile data on. If an American gets flagged by their observer they are passed onto a more detailed monitoring group that handles less than a 100 individual Americans at a time.
They know everything you do.
